Our Simplified Process
STEP 1: DISCOVERY CALL
Discuss your project and take us on a tour of what you currently have, your specific geographic benefits and challenges, and what you ultimately envision for your project. Together, we’ll assess which of our high-impact solutions will work best for your NET ZERO vision.
STEP 2: Project PROPOSAL & Deposit
We’ll plot out your NET ZERO features with cost estimates on whichever aspects your plan requires. The proposal will outline when payments on different phases are due. A reasonable percentage is paid in order to kickoff the project.
STEP 3: Project Plan & management Kickoff
We’ll create a detailed project plan including full scope, timeline, and materials list. Once reviewed and approved by you, we begin managing the chosen network partners and keep the project on time and in budget.
step 4: Initial site measurements & prep
Net Zero Development typically includes a site plan, feasibility studies, site work, construction, permits, and sub-contractors for each aspect of your project—in accordance with Net Zero requirements.
step 5: continuous MANAGEMENT
We remain in place as the hub and heart—providing circular, regenerative, and sustainability consulting as needed. We ensure customer service and quality control constantly.
step 6: verifications and completion
